Mahakumbuk Kadawala Celebrates New Toys Library for Kids

We are thrilled to unveil our innovative "Toys Library" concept, a heartwarming initiative designed to spread joy and nurture creativity among children in rural areas.

We are thrilled to unveil our innovative "Toys Library" concept, a heartwarming initiative designed to spread joy and nurture creativity among children in rural areas. By collecting both used and new toys from generous donors, we aim to build dedicated Toys Libraries within these communities.

Each Toys Library is more than just a collection of toys; it is a sanctuary of happiness and growth. Managed by a passionate local volunteer, these libraries allow children to borrow toys as they wish, fostering a spirit of sharing, learning, and fun.

But our vision goes beyond toys. Every Toys Library will feature a special tree, planted and cared for by the children. This initiative not only teaches responsibility but also instills a deep connection with nature, encouraging environmental stewardship from a young age.

We are delighted to announce that a Toys Library was open in Mahakumbuk Kadawala, a charming and remote village in the Puttalam District of Sri Lanka. We eagerly anticipate the smiles and laughter this library will bring to the children of this community and are excited about the future expansion of this initiative to other regions.
